![]() ![]() Was hoping Corsair could give me a straight answer as this motherboard isn't exactly rare. Just a big gamble to buy a completely new 32GB kit and it not work too. Its always the same slots that are unrecognised, A1/A2/B1/B2 all to the left of the CPU. So I've also stripped the machine down twice now and still no luck. I emailed Asus and they asked me to reseat my cpu. I've tried reseating the memory several hundred times  Do the unrecognized slots move or stay the same? Presumably, you've already tries reseating the sticks in different positions. I would tend to trust CPU-Z and I have had multiple "visual glitches" with my BIOS where it shows erroneous memory information, usually relating to speed or whether XMP is enabled. ![]() It is a little strange the BIOS and CPU-Z report different things. There is always a chance things won't mesh went combining two kits, even of the same make. Products certified by the Federal Communications Commission and Industry Canada will be distributed in the United States and Canada. I had chalked it up to finicky slots, but there are other possibilities. It does run, but I had more difficulty seating this memory than other memory/board combo ever. ![]()
